Yes, re-entry is allowed for the date of ticket purchase. Please stop by the gift shop for a stamp that will allow re-entry.

No, for the comfort and safety of our birds dogs are not permitted in the facility. We strongly encourage you to leave your dog at home. Guests with service animals, please contact us to arrange accomodations.

Yes! We encourage you to take as many photos as you would like. Please refrain from flash photography.

No. We do offer some light snacks in our gift shop, but the centre does not have any meal options. You are more than welcome to bring your own food to the centre and enjoy it at one of our picnic benches.

You must be eight years or older to participate in our CLOSER or CLOSEST admission packages, or any other hands-on experience. We do offer a Kids Encounter for younger guests age 4-7. (Pre-booking not required, please inquire with the gift shop).

All common personal belongings are permitted, including coolers, backpacks, strollers, wagons, outside food and drink (with the exception of alcohol) and cameras. All guests must wear a shirt and shoes at all time.

Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible, as long as your personal mobility aids are equipped to deal with outdoor surfaces. While some of our paths are paved, the majority are hard-packed earth or packed gravel.

No, parking is free of charge. During the summer months, the parking lot can get busy so we strongly recommend carpooling whenever possible.

Spend an entire day with some of the planet’s finest predators

, and immerse yourself in the world of raptors! This experience runs from 10:00am – 3:30pm, with a break for lunch. You will enjoy close interaction with many different raptor species while learning how we work with, train, and care for them. Activities include a guided tour of our facility, hands-on bird interaction (see

. In small, exclusive groups, participants will have the rare opportunity to connect with one of our majestic Bald Eagles like never before. 

Join us for an hour of awe-inspiring moments. Picture yourself with an eagle perched gracefully on your glove, as you delve into the depths of their fascinating world. Gain a deeper understanding of these incredible birds as you learn about their behaviour, habitat, and conservation efforts for raptors. Fly an eagle alongside one of our highly trained handlers.

EAGLE ENCOUNTER

 Tour the facility, meet our birds, and experience our featured flying demonstrations.

, as you meander through a forest or field with a hawk flying overhead. Put on a glove, and have the hawk fly down to your raised fist where you can admire them closely. Our trained staff will educate you on topics such as the basics of raptor handling, natural raptor behavior, and diet during your encounter.

, you will meet several of our raptors up close, while gaining knowledge about their biology, behaviour and conservation needs. Spend time with us flying a hawk, meeting a bird on the glove, working with species we don't typically work with on our shorter experiences, or flying a second bird with us!
